Who We Are

Kilungu Boys' High School is a Christian boys' secondary school located in Kilungu Subcounty, Makueni County. It is about 100 kilometers from Nairobi City and 100 meters from Nunguni town off Salama Nunguni highway. The Institution was established in 1958 by the Government of Kenya as a day secondary School. Over the years we have grown to become a fully fledged Boys' boarding secondary school with a population of over six hundred (600) students.

In Kilungu Boys' High School we are proud of the achievements realised in the past few years. The growth of each individual student is a focus we recognize that as we work together students will be able to achieve their potential. The co-operartive effort of students, parents and teachers is at the heart of the learning pathways followed by our students and the outcomes they achieve.

Expectations for our students are high and we firmly believe that every boy can experience success and go on and be a responsible, resilient and confident young adult, well prepared to take charge of their future and to become a productive member of the community.

Our school prides itself on the 'multiple learning outcomes' curricullar and co-curricullar programs available to students, on the highly positive attitude and behaviour of our students and on constant focus by our professional staff on developing, personalising and transforming teaching approaches to best meet needs of students.

We aim to provide excellence in all our programs and high expectations are reflected through high levels of students responsibility and conduct. We care for our students, in partnership with parents in a way that provides students with the best opportunity to achieve success and enjoy their school years.
